New members to the club will need to set up a username and password for their family account. This will be used for all registration events with NCUSC. Returning members will use the same username and password as in past years. Important – If you moved, change telephone numbers or email address you are able to log back in and edit the information. This will ensure you receive Club related events and notices.
All new players to the Club must submit a copy of their birth certificate for age verification. Passports, baptism certificates and citizenship cards are also acceptable as ID. (CARE CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE)
All new players age U13 – U18 must submit a passport size photo (Small school size photos will work. – heads must be no larger then a quarter) for their BCSA ID card, please include full name and birth date on the back of the photo. DO NOT email pictures, they will not be accepted.
All players entering U13 and U16 must submit a picture for ID cards. Please follow the guidelines above.
U5 – U8 players require a jersey deposit of $25, cheques can be made out to NCUSC and dated May 01/12. Once your jersey is returned to the coach at the end of the season your deposit cheque will be destroyed. The socks and short are yours to keep, only the jersey needs to be returned.
NCUSC is 100% online registration; waiver forms for registration are not required to be sent in this year. The liability notice, photo permission and our refund policy are included in the online process as well, please read.
We accept Visa and Master Card online or by mailing in a cheque. If you are sending in documentation, photos and or cheques please print the confirmation email and include any documentation required to complete the registration process. The club must receive this prior to June 15th, 2011 to avoid late fees and for guaranteed placement on a team. IMPORTANT – Your child is not considered registered until all documentation has reached the Registrar, this includes the Deposit cheque for Jerseys for U5 – U8.
Once you have registered online you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include important information, this is your official receipt for income tax purposes. Please read this e-mail in its entirety and save a copy of your receipt for your records as additional copies will not be available at a later date.
Registration confirmation, fees, deposit cheques for Jersey’s for U5, U6, U7, U8 and documentation and photos (if required) can be dropped off to the NCUSC drop box or mailed to:

*Unfortunately, the number of special requests being made when registering was getting out of hand. In order to preserve the sanity of our volunteer coordinators and to provide the flexibility to create balanced teams we have revised our registration process to allow only a requested neighborhood. If you have a special request please enter it in the comments box when signing up online. We do refer to these requests when forming teams and will do our best to fulfill these requests when possible, however making a request does not always guarantee that this request will be possible as per BC soccer guidelines regarding equal teams.
**Deadline for guaranteed placement on a team is June 15th, 2011, all documentation must be to the Registrar for your child to be considered registered. After this date players will be placed on a waitlist subject to availability of teams and openings. The late fee of $40 will apply.
